I'm all about building setups that are legal (first and foremost), simple and as cost efficient as possible. We rarely need complex multi-entity setups and expensive structuring to achieve the goal. So we'll keep it simple!
My story
From the Big4 to a life without borders.
I'm a Bulgarian girl who moved to Scotland for uni fresh out of high school and followed the rules for yeeeears. Be good. Get good grades. Go to the best uni. Get a secure well-paying job (hello life of accountant 😄) ... until one day I burned it all to the ground and quit all of it to start fresh.
After uni, I started my career like most accountants do — inside the corporate world, at one of the Big4 (PwC) firms in London, advising high networth clients on their complex, cross-border tax situations. I loved my 7 years at PwC and I learned so much about how the wealthy work and think; how they utilise their taxes to get rich and stay rich, and realised just how much most people overpay in taxes — simply because no one ever told them they don't have to.
But the more I was learning, the more I was realising I was overpaying in taxes too and I was getting to the point where I no longer wanted to spend a boring pre-determined life in one city, at a desk, following the corporate ranks, applying all that I knew for someone else. 5 years ago I realised life's too short and I'd better live it on my own terms, not someone else's — so I left my corporate job, I left the UK and its punitive tax system that was making it impossible to get ahead. And I started my own business to become location independent and have cool cafes around the world be my new dreamy offices.
Since then I've personally saved tons of euros in my own taxes and have helped dozens of other 6 & 7-figure online business owners become financially free too — by optimising their taxes, business setups and lifestyle, AND build the life on their own terms. One they feel inspired to live and that allows them to achieve the goals they've had for years but always felt so far away and do it all NOW when they're young, sexy and healthy.
My clients are now buying their dream homes in Bali, Chiang Mai and all over Europe. They're retiring early. Retiring their parents early. Growing their portfolios and safety net.
